Describe your journey to real estate.
I enjoy working with people and was always fascinated with looking at houses and real estate investments. A career in real estate was the perfect combination. I started in 2005, specializing in residential properties in SF (where I grew up) and the Peninsula (where I live now).
What are three words your clients would use to describe you?
Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy
What most excites you about your work?
First: negotiation - being able to solve a conflict or issue and turn it into a win-win situation for everyone.
Second: handing keys to my buyers -- the feeling of accomplishment of helping others find their dream home never gets old.
Where can we find you when you're not working?
When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my family. Since we have 2 kids under 6, you will probably find me in some parks or on a bike ride in my neighborhood.
What would be impossible for you to give up?
My family. We can only do some much in life but my family is the source of my motivations and serves as a safe harbor when I feel down. I would not be who I am without my family.

I am fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
A Bay Area local, Ann grew up in San Francisco and currently resides in the Peninsula with her family. Ann graduated from UC Berkeley and received a B.S. degree. After obtaining credentials in business & marketing, she became a full-time Realtor in 2005. Currently a Realtor Associate at Sequoia Real Estate in San Francisco, Ann is dedicated to help her clients achieve the dream of becoming homeowners and building personal wealth through real estate investments. We contemplated as to whether it would be a good/right time for us to purchase a 2nd home/investment property for an extensive period of time. We came across a 3bd/2bath condo in San Francisco and decided to move forward with putting in an offer with Annie’s assistance. The offer was accepted by the seller, but there’s a long way to go until escrow may be closed as it was a shortsale and must also be accepted by the seller’s bank. Despite it being a shortsale, the seller’s bank required escrow to closed within 45 days! There were a couple of hiccups, however, Annie was able to smooth them out in a timely manner to ensure that we are on schedule. We are very impressed with Annie’s efficiency and “think out of the box” attitude. Hiring a Real Estate professional is not a one time deal, it is a long term business decision. If you are considering Annie as your Agent, don’t look back, you will not be disappointed! She will put in 100% and will try her best to meet your real estate needs!
