This was my first home purchase in the U.S. and it was quite daunting as I was unfamiliar with the mortgage brokers, residential neighborhoods and overall loan approval process. Tony was a great help from the very beginning. He was attentive and asked the right questions, got me in contact with the appropriate mortgage dealers and explained details every step of the way. Tony was proactive in providing me with new listings on the market, and during the search process, persevered with me through numerous open houses and disclosure statements. When we finally found the place I was looking for he was great in preparing the offer and established an instant connection with the realtors. Tony was there to guide me through every step of the process until closing. I'm so happy to have worked with Tony and would recommend his services to anyone!

I would first like to congratulate you for finding Tony. Just a little history, I have purchased two properties in the past with other realtors before I have meant Tony. On 9/12 my wife and I had decided to purchase another investment property and wanted to find a new realtor; our last realtor just lacked the tools and network we were looking for. After meeting with Tony, I felt confident and comfortable that he had the energy and skill to deliver what we wanted. Tony knew the market conditions very well and listened to what we were looking for. Three days after our meeting, he started to send us a list of properties that met our criteria. Two months later we are closing on our third investment. He answered all of our questions along the way and took all the appropriate actions to help us close the deal. Yes, we are extremely happy with Tony and his team at Sequoia Real Estate. I highly recommend Tony. In Fact, we are thinking about selling our house in Redwood City and moving back to San Francisco and we will definitely be calling Tony to list our house and help us find our next home.

I met Tony when my parents were looking for a new place to call their own. Tony came through and provided daily updates on houses we were interested in. He would go out of his way to make sure we would make our showings no matter where they were. He even drove us all the way to Sacramento to look at a property. That is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. Tony is the picture of profession and made the whole process unintimidating. Above all, we never felt pressured to do anything. This is a very important quality when meeting with potential agents. Tony is immensely resourceful and had the answers to all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable with not just investment homes, but with short sales and foreclosures. This was the first time we had worked with Sequoia Real Estate and we were not disappointed. I would definitely recommend him to any friends taking a look in the market.

Buying our first condo in San Francisco was a daunting proposition. However Tony’s services were exemplary. He went beyond the expectations of an agent, very courteous and personable. He is patient, caring and easy to work with.

I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into when I decided to invest in a house. The thought of such a large investment never crossed my mind. Being a first time home buyer, the paperwork process was overwhelming. The real estate jargon on the forms felt like a foreign language to me. Fortunately, Tony was guiding me throughout the entire process. He took the time to go over every page and highlight the important sections, explained to me what necessary documents were needed, and potential costs/liabilities that I may incur. Tony definitely made me more comfortable and I believe any potential home buyers should contact him.
